Welcome to Saint Studios. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Saint Studios platform, including saintstudios.io, the Saint Studios theme builder, the Saint Studios launcher app, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 to make purchases. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Themes purchased through the Saint Studios marketplace are licensed, not sold. When you purchase a theme, Saint Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use that theme on your paired device(s) for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the device-count, transfer, and offline-grace limits documented in your account.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying assets of any theme. Themes contain cryptographic protections; circumventing or removing those protections is a material breach of these Terms and may also violate applicable law.
All theme purchases and Pro subscription charges are final and non-refundable. Themes are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase to your paired device. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving a digital product and waive any right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund. This includes (but is not limited to) cases where you change your mind, your device becomes incompatible after purchase, or you no longer wish to use the theme.
In the event of a verifiable technical defect that prevents a theme from installing or rendering on a supported device, contact support@saintstudios.io and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue. Resolution may include re-delivery, replacement with another theme of equivalent value, or, at our sole discretion, a credit to your account. Refunds remain at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
Pro subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not retroactively refund the current period.
Designers may submit themes for sale on the Saint Studios marketplace. Designers retain ownership of their themes' original creative content. Saint Studios retains a non-exclusive license to host, market, distribute, and deliver designer themes through the Service.
Saint Studios charges a commission of 30% (or such other rate as is shown on the designer's account at time of sale) on each completed designer-theme purchase. Designers are paid out via the payout method on file. Designers warrant that they own or have full rights to all content they submit and will not submit infringing material.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service; (b) scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service in bulk; (c) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (d) impersonate another person or designer; (e) submit content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or hateful; or (f) attempt to bypass authentication, licensing, or rate-limiting.
The Saint Studios name, logo, builder, launcher, platform code, and all associated branding are the property of Saint Studios. All rights are reserved except as expressly licensed in these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or any other conduct that puts the Service or other users at risk. You may close your account at any time. Termination does not refund prior purchases.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SAINT STUDIOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ANY SPECIFIC DEVICE OR FIRMWARE VERSION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAINT STUDIOS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID SAINT STUDIOS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. SAINT STUDIOS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page and, when practical, communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
