Troubleshooting: Theme not showing on head unit
If your theme isn't appearing after install, try these steps:
For Cloud Push:
1. Check that the launcher shows a green cloud icon (paired and connected)
2. Make sure your head unit has WiFi connectivity
3. Wait up to 30 seconds — the launcher polls for new pushes periodically
4. Try pushing again from the builder (File > Push to Cloud)
5. Check that you're signed into the same account on both builder and launcher
For manual .saint file import:
1. Make sure the .saint file was fully downloaded (check file size)
2. Restart the Saint Studios Launcher
3. Check that the launcher has storage permissions (Settings > Permissions)
4. Try re-importing the .saint file
5. If using USB transfer, make sure the file wasn't corrupted during transfer
Still having issues? The .saint file may have been created with a newer version of the builder. Make sure your launcher is up to date.
