Troubleshooting: Cloud Push not working
If your Cloud Push isn't reaching your head unit:
1. Make sure you have an active Pro subscription
2. Verify the Saint Studios Launcher is installed and running on your head unit
3. Check that your head unit has an active internet connection (WiFi)
4. Cloud pushes expire after 24 hours — try pushing again
5. Make sure your device is paired to your account (Account Settings > Device Pairing on the website)
6. Check that the launcher shows a green cloud icon in the top-right corner (means it's paired and checking for pushes)
The launcher checks for new pushes every 30 seconds. There may be a brief delay between pushing and the theme appearing on your car.
Device Pairing:
Your head unit must be paired to your saintstudios.io account. Go to Account Settings on the website, click 'Generate Pairing Code', and enter it on the launcher. Once paired, cloud push works automatically.
