Troubleshooting

If the builder shows a white screen or doesn't load: 1. Try a hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) 2. Clear browser cache for saintstudios.io 3. Try an incognito/private window 4. Make sure you're using Chrome, Edge, or Firefox (latest version) 5. Check your internet connection The builder requires a desktop/laptop computer with a mouse and keyboard. It does not work on mobile devices or tablets — a mobile splash page will appear instead.
